If you are really into your recovery and train hard often then this is without doubt the massage gun for you and it is definitely the best massage gun on amazon.

Is it worth it?

If you are serious about your recovery and understand the importance of recovery then this is definitely the massage gun for you. However, if you are on a budget or aren't that serious about your recovery then check out the next 2 options.

£150 price range

Renpho:

I tried a fair few different models for this price range and at the time I was particularly sore, so its fair to say I got to give them all a fair test! I'm not going to say it was an easy call but this is the best massage gun for the £150 price range. For starters it looks better than the rest of the massage guns at this price range, but the performance was mildly better than the rest of the massage guns I tried as well. The different adaptations came in clutch for getting some of the knots out of my pecs.

Is it worth it?

£115 is still a lot of money so you have to think smart. I think this massage gun is really good, however if it was me I would fork out for the Theragun.

£50 price range

Valano:

This one was the easiest decision of them all to be honest with you. If you are not looking to spend too much on a massage gun then this is the clear winner. With 6 different attachment option and the great performance of this gun was what made this an easy decision. The only thing for me was that I didn't love the design but that is a subjective thing.

Is it worth it?

Yes.

If you have the money to spend then you should feel very comfortable parting with that money in exchange for a Theragun massage gun. Massage guns are a very long term investment where if you use it you are guaranteed to get your moneys worth and for the recovery and fitness benefits this massage gun provides for me is a no brainer.

If you are still serious about your exercise regimen but part of the benefit of this gun would be relaxation then rest assured the Renpho is there for you and is a well worth while investment. This is still a very high end massage gun which is top tier. However, as is the same with every other massage gun it must admit defeat to the mighty Theragun.

If you are on a budget then you should definitely invest in a Valano massage gun. In my opinion it should cost about 5 times the price because its performance is absolutely great!
