The scientific proof
There is a lot of current research on CBD for athletes and with the potential of this supplement that research is not going to slow down. Here are a few example of studies about CBD supplementation.
My personal experience with supplementing with CBD
I have currently being supplementing with CBD for 6 weeks (I will tag the one I have been using below). I am currently in marathon training and going to the gym 5 times a week and this is the best my recovery has every been. My muscle recovery from the gym and my overall energy levels from doing so much training is amazing, I am seeing great improvements in my performance and my long runs are no longer leaving me exhausted for the whole day.
Should I start using CBD oil for my exercise recovery
CBD is currently being studied a lot but due to it being a reasonably new supplement it does not have as much research on it as many other performance supplements. However, the research so far is really positive and from the fact it is being utilised by the worlds bests then this indicates it could be a very powerful tool for your recovery and performance.
I would personally recommend this supplement to anyone who struggles at all with their mental health or would like a boost in their recovery to feel better or increase their performance.
